Job description
The opportunity
“Artificial Intelligence has shifted from prediction to practice, ushering in the autonomous enterprise—where systems of intelligence drive operations, not just support them.”
For the past eight years, we've been supporting some of the most iconic enterprises to embrace the potential of AI. Building on our experience and proven impact, we are now more committed than ever to our vision: creating a world of possibility through Superlinear productivity gains.
The next step is clear: we are broadening our horizon throughout Europe, supporting the world’s most critical enterprises in their transformation. To realize this ambitious vision, we’re seeking sharp minds and steady hands: people who care deeply, are mission-driven, build boldly, and own the outcome.
That's why we are hiring a Business Development Lead.
The role
As our Business Development Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion in Germany and France through lighthouse enterprise deals and strategic partner activations. You’ll be working at the intersection of go-to-market execution, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships, laying the foundation for long-term regional success.
Your mission: breaking into new markets, documenting what works, and building a playbook others can run. Once traction is proven, you’ll hand off to a local Country Lead and move on to the next challenge.
What you’ll do
Market Entry Playbooks
Map ICPs, priority segments, and the top 40 accounts per region
Build country-specific playbooks that will serve as the blueprint for future expansion
Prioritize accounts and partners
Partner Ecosystem Development
Source, evaluate, and sign strategic partners. Define joint value propositions and co-selling motions to ensure our partner ecosystem generates qualified opportunities
Enterprise Pipeline
Prospect and qualify lighthouse accounts
Run multi-stakeholder cycles and close the first strategic deals within 12–18 months
Maintain pipeline coverage for upcoming quarters in each country
Public Sector Readiness
Navigate public sector procurement in DE/FR, ensuring we are positioned for major contracts.
Align with local compliance, security, and data governance requirements
Execution and Handoffs
Own the first wins per country and the first round of partners
Ensure clean CRM hygiene, run weekly pipeline reviews, and lead win-loss analysis
Handoff to AEs or Country Leads once the desired pipeline is reached
Feedback loops
Provide critical market feedback to our Product and Deployment teams to ensure our offerings are perfectly aligned with customer needs.
Help shape messaging, demos, proposals, and reference material
