What you’ll do
As our Engagement Lead, you're the driving force behind the success of our client engagements in a specific industry. Your expertise in advising and managing projects ensures that you can translate complex concepts into actionable insights for C-suite leaders. You will typically lead a team of consultants to help clients achieve new performance highs.

You will:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.

• Build strong credibility at the C-level through effective communication and compelling storylines.

• Engage stakeholders on the client side before project initiation, ensuring efficient project execution.

• Focus on defining innovation strategies with clients and shaping Superlinear's approach to engaging and onboarding new clients.

• Showcase the potential impact of innovative technologies to senior management and align these insights with the client's business, identifying opportunities for solutions.

• Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Ensure delivered projects create actual impact, are utilized by the client, and that results are evangelized to engage new stakeholders, furthering the roadmap created with the client.

Who we look for

• Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a consulting environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Experience in project management, solution delivery and strategic thinking.

• Enthusiasm for technology and its potential to transform businesses.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with basic knowledge of French.
