Freelance Python Engineer for AI solutions

We are looking for 2 freelance Python engineers available ASAP.

You will step into an ongoing, high-impact enterprise project where we are building and industrialising a custom AI application for a large organisation.

The work includes:

• Developing and scaling an internal application

• Industrialising the application for production use

• Maturing the MLOps framework and deployment processes

• Improving reliability, performance, and technical optimisation

Important: this is not a pure machine learning research role.
We are looking for strong software engineers (Python) who are comfortable building AI-enabled applications in production environments. The AI component focuses on optimization, not model training.

We’re looking for hands-on engineers who:

• Write clean, production-grade Python code

• Understand deployment, versioning, and operational robustness

• Can work independently in an enterprise setting

• Are pragmatic and delivery-focused
