That's why we are hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead.
The role
As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be responsible for building and running the talent acquisition engine at Superlinear. You’ll work closely with leadership and hiring managers to define hiring plans, lead recruitment processes, and ensure every candidate touchpoint reflects our culture, standards, and ambition.
You’ll be working at the intersection of strategy, operations and human-connection , in a role where your actions and decisions will directly shape the teams we build and the way we grow.
What you’ll do
Strategic hiring engine
Partner with the leadership team to define role scopes, hiring needs, and prioritization
Build short- and long-term hiring plans aligned with business growth
Translate business strategy into repeatable and effective hiring workflows
End-to-end recruitment process
Own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
Deliver a world-class candidate experience at every stage
Lead hiring processes for both technical and business profiles.
Employer branding & talent experience
Ensure our candidate-facing content and messaging reflect who we are
Promote Superlinear’s employer brand through relevant channels, job fairs and events
Help turn great interviews into lasting impressions, whether we hire or not
Operational excellence
Help hiring leads to run clear, structured, and consistent processes
Run debriefs and hiring decisions with speed and clarity
Own and maintain the ATS and recruitment tools
Job requirements
Who are you
Essential Experience
5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment
Proven experience hiring engineering, commercial, and executive profiles across Belgium, Germany, and France (experience in Spain or the US/UK is a plus)
Experience leading and structuring recruitment processes independently
Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)
Skills That Matter
Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, analytics)
Solid understanding of recruitment funnel metrics and reporting
Experience hiring in the AI, data, or engineering landscape
Background in scaling recruitment in early-stage or high-growth environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and/or French.
